CHRIS gives employees, team leads and HR one place to manage everyday people administration. Employees request leave and check their remaining days. Managers review requests against the team calendar, then approve or reject them. Notifications carry the decision back to the person who asked.

Teams can clock in or enter working hours, review daily records and close out a month with a PDF report. Employee profiles, contracts, team roles and equipment handovers sit alongside those workflows. An employee can acknowledge assigned equipment in the app, with a handover record available to print.

CHRIS combines Croatian public holidays and local HR workflows with web, iOS and Android access. On a phone, an employee can submit a request or record time; a team lead can check overlapping absences and respond.
