Our target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA
We are developing this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This is our accessibility target. Full conformance has not yet been verified.
This statement covers the WS Agency website, including its Red and Blue experiences and Light and Dark appearances. Independently operated websites linked from our work and product pages are separate services.
Ways to use the site
You can navigate with a keyboard, use the skip link to reach the main content, and choose System, Light or Dark appearance in the footer. Moving content can be paused using the footer’s motion control. The site also respects your device’s reduced-motion preference.
Interactive website previews have keyboard controls and direct links. Studio portrait videos play only when requested. Each portrait’s information button provides the written message and optional captions during playback. It also includes a visual description and an audio-description option for the action in Kristijan’s video. The written contact form is available without using voice features.
What we have checked
We have run automated accessibility checks and reviewed keyboard interactions, focus visibility, contrast, text resizing, narrow layouts and motion preferences in Chrome and the WebKit browser engine. Checks include both experiences and both appearances at desktop and mobile viewport sizes. Selected local journeys were also checked in Firefox 155.0.1, Zen 1.21.16b and Safari 27. Browser zoom was checked in Firefox and Zen.
Simulated screen sizes are not tests on every physical device. Automated checks cover only part of WCAG and do not establish full conformance on their own.
HTML validation
HTML validation passed on 9 September 2026 using the W3C Nu HTML Checker. We checked the local production build: 84 public pages and the page-not-found response across both experiences and both appearances: 340 responses, with no HTML errors. A further 24 documents checked after JavaScript loaded also had no HTML errors.
There were 506 advisory HTML warnings, and CSS validation still reports 82 issues with newer syntax. This dated result covers HTML markup; it is not W3C certification, a complete CSS validation pass or proof of WCAG conformance.
Verification still in progress
Manual screen-reader evaluation remains outstanding, including VoiceOver, NVDA and TalkBack. Evaluation on physical iOS and Android devices has not yet been completed. The browser checks above are not a complete assistive-technology assessment. We therefore do not yet claim full conformance.
