Project enquiries
The written project brief form keeps your entries in the current page’s memory. It does not submit them to a server or save them in browser storage. When you select “Open email & send my brief,” it prepares an email in your chosen mail application. We receive the contact details, project brief and follow-up preferences only when you send that email.
You can also copy the brief and send it yourself. Information received in an enquiry is used to understand your request, reply to you, and discuss potential work.
Cookies and third-party resources
This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and the site’s visual assets are served with the site. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and secure the service.
Links to other websites
Product and reference links take you to independently operated websites. Their own privacy information applies when you visit them.
Questions about your information
For questions about information you have sent us, or to request its correction or deletion, email hello@ws.agency. We’ll review the request and respond in the context of our relationship with you and any applicable obligations.
Optional voice conversation
Starting a call with Klaudija asks for microphone permission. Your audio is sent to OpenAI to generate spoken replies, captions and a draft project brief. The voice panel also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check connection requests. You can use the written form without starting a call.
The website keeps captions and draft details in the current page’s memory. It does not save a recording or transcript to a WS database. Closing the call stops microphone capture. Review and correct the draft before choosing to send it from your email app; the conversation itself does not send an enquiry or book an appointment.
Your site preferences
New visitors see the red experience. We do not randomly assign visitors to an experiment or store an A/B cookie. Choosing Red or Blue in the footer creates a functional cookie containing only that choice, for up to 30 days. It is used to display your requested experience, not for analytics. Old experiment cookies are ignored and removed.
Appearance follows your device by default. Choosing Light or Dark saves only that setting in a separate functional cookie for up to 30 days. Choosing System removes it and follows device changes again. Animation preferences stay in local storage on your device until you reset them or clear site data. If your browser blocks storage, your animation choice lasts only until you reload. These preferences are not analytics identifiers.
During a switch, session storage briefly holds the current page, chosen experience, position and time to animate the transition. The record is consumed on arrival. You can remove preferences by clearing this site’s browser data.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site visits and page performance. It does not use cookies or local storage for usage measurement. Site preference cookies are separate and are used to display your choices.
Cloudflare also provides hosting and security and may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service.
