What it does.
Flag Search API makes content-flag information available to Search API. After indexing, flag data can participate in search-driven displays and Views alongside the other indexed properties of an entity.
The integration also reindexes a flagged entity when a flagging action occurs. That connection helps search-based displays reflect changes in how users mark or organize content.
