What it does.
Audio Converter normalizes uploaded audio to MP3 using FFmpeg. It connects to audio-oriented Drupal fields so recorded or uploaded material can enter a consistent publishing workflow.
Conversion can run when content is submitted or wait for a scheduled cron run. Developers can also call its API from other audio modules, extending the conversion workflow beyond the field integrations listed on the project page.
